Customer Review: wii fit with bonus bundle pack
I ordered this, but only got 1/2 my order, when I e-mailed them to tell them I was missing 1/2 my order they told me I only ordered the wii fit, not the bonus bundle pack with it, cheap sony games and they would not send me the rest of my order...this company is a rip off! I would not recommend anyone buy anything from them!! I ended up paying $165, for just the wii fit, because they refuse to send me the bonus bundle pack that I paid for! If I was only going to get the wii fit by itself I could have gotten that in a local store for only $80! This company is a rip off!!
Customer Review: Sadly Disappointed
In some places this product was advertised as coming with a Wii board, less the game but with a mat, etc. So, I was sadly disappointed to learn upon delivery that there was no extra board which is what I really wanted and the price seemed consistent with that. Since there was no board, the product is way overpriced!!

Customer Review: Awesome!
What more can I say than has already been said in other reviews. The game is great, the screen formats are great, the instruments are great (once I get an additional symbol set for the drums). The only tiny complaint that I have is being left-handed, the guitar works backward on the menus (but can be setup to play lefthanded for the music). Love it!
Customer Review: Great Fun, but has problems.
I have more fun with this game than any other game I have ever owned, however the game is riddled with problems. 1) after only two hours of play I started seeing problems with the microphone not registering tambourine/cowbell hits. 2) about thirty minutes later the whole games audio started cutting out as if someone was muting the TV. 3) After about two days of play I've now noticed that the drums are constantly losing sync and not registering hits for a couple seconds at a time. (I can see the Blue Lights go out and come back on out of my peripheral vision.) Problems 1 and 2 above somehow turned out to be related... I did some experimenting and found out that whenever the microphone was enabled the audio would mute for a few seconds at a time in the song. I purchased a new logitech mouse and found that to completely fix problems 1 and 2. I am still experiencing problem 3.. It is very annoying.. Especially when you have a good run going on and working on a perfect then the stupid thing loses sync and causes about 6 or 7 misses in a row. I have also noticed this with the guitar as well, but not as bad. Also if you leave the game idle for more than a couple minutes (potty break, or have to answer the phone) all instruments will completely lose sync and the only way to get it back is to hit the sync button on the remote receivers and shut off all instruments and turn them back on. Aside from all of the Glitches the game is great fun... I just wish it wasn't so buggy... I feel bad for giving such a fun game a mediocre rating.

Create the Band

Budding rock stars can live out their rock n roll fantasies by playing either a single instrument or any combination of instruments, in addition to the full band experience. When rocking as part of a band, up to four players can jam together in quickplay or as they progress through a career. Both band and single-player careers feature non-linear progression giving artists the option to change difficulty and instruments with a variety of different gigs available at any time.

Never Jam Solo Again

Virtual musicians in need of band mates can take their careers online forming worldwide ensembles so no rock star ever has to play a gig solo. Plus, GHWT adds a "Battle of the Bands" modes, which allows eight players to join online and challenge each other band-to-band to establish global supremacy.

A Game Play Mode Just for the Wii

Jump into the "Mii Freestyle" game play mode that is unique to the Wii. Create Blues, Rock or Metal masterpieces by yourself, or join with friends to jam freely together on guitar controllers and the drum kit controller.

Customize Everything

The character creator allows gamers to create a rock star with style as unique as their own. Absolute customization from the clothes, to the facial and body structure, to the tattoos and accessories, players are encouraged to unleash their inner rock legend. The Rock Star Creator doesn't just allow players to build the ultimate rock god; the in-depth creators include the ability to customize guitars, drums and microphones. Adding yet another layer of personalization, gamers can create custom logos for their instruments, band, or album covers.

A Set List for the Ages

The Guitar Hero World Tour set list is comprised entirely of master recordings from some of the greatest artists of all-time including Van Halen, Linkin Park, The Eagles, and Sublime. There are over 85 tracks, plus frequent downloadable singles and track packs. Customer Review: Guitar Hero World Tour
The set list is refreshed and just as great as the other Guitar Hero games. I like the new features even though they are a little harder to work, but I guess it's the challenge that makes it fun. It's a little difficult to work around the new menu screens, but you get used to it quickly. A new difficulty level has been added-one below easy called Beginner which is good for people who lack the coordination to strum and hit the fret buttons in unison. All you have to do is strum at this level. I play on expert and the songs are great, but the gems are a bit smaller than they are on other Guitar Hero games. Overall, this is a five star game!

As comfortable as it is functional

The Wii Remote is equally comfortable in right and left hands and houses just the right number of buttons for gaming- not so many that new players will get confused, but enough so that Wii games don't feel constrained. On the face of the remote are the D (or "plus") pad, a large "A" button which is used for major on-screen actions, and two small options buttons. Between the game buttons are a plus and minus buttons (which often act as "forwards" and "back"), as well as a "Home" button to engage the Wii home screen to change settings or check remote battery levels. On the back side of the controller is a trigger-like "B" button, perfect for timing releases of a bowling roll in Wii Sports.

Thankfully, battery life is excellent with the two included AA batteries, just as with the previous generation of Nintendo wireless controllers.

Immersive intelligence

Along the bottom of the Wii Remote, four blue LED lights indicate which player position the remote is currently set to. The controller automatically connects to the Wii console via Bluetooth wireless technology. Below the LEDs, an expansion port lets you connect a number of devices including the Nunchuck and Classic controllers for Virtual Console gaming (Virtual Console games and controller accessories sold separately). Other features of the Wii Remote include adjustable rumble force-feedback and a reinforced wrist strap to ensure safe use. A speaker inside the remote gives the player feedback about the strength of swings or the accuracy of their moves- such as realistic tennis noises as the "racket" connects with the ball in Wii Sports. Overall, the physical design of the remote is extremely sturdy and of very high quality, ensuring countless hours of Wii gaming fun!

Customer Review: Sufficient Quality...You won't be Disappointed!
Great Quality...I am not the least-bit disappointed. I normally always by the Brand Name equipment because I often find 3rd party gaming manufacturers to produce items that just feel cheap. This is not the case with this cable. My real inspiration to buy this was due to my home theater configuration. I have a plasma mounted on a wall, with (2) 1 1/2" hole(s) behind it to feed the cables in from a closet behind it (It really is a sick setup!) My old cable was too big to fit through the holes, so I needed something a little more slim. This wire did the trick!! Plus, you cannot beat the price. I should mention, that if you are playing a Wii on an HD TV.....you NEED this cable (or any another component cable). Don't expect 360 graphics....but you will definitely notice a sharper image. Highly Recommended!!
Customer Review: Not worth the savings over the Nintendo brand
Even though the Wii only outputs in 480p, there is a noticeable improvement in the clarity and image brightness to justify the component video connection over the composite video. However, don't be tempted by the Nyko cable's cheaper price tag. You get what you pay for in this case. Within 4 hours of hooking this up to our Wii, it started flickering and eventually burned out the video controller in the console. I had to return the Wii console to Nintendo for a replacement. I didn't mention to them that I was using this particular cable but I suspected that it might be the cause. Sure enough, the new console started doing the same thing when connected to this cable. I used a very small piece of sandpaper folded in half to clean the contacts of the Wii-side of this cable and that helped for a while. Eventually, oxidation on the contacts started generating the same problem again. I ended up getting the Nintendo-branded cable for about $12 more and have since had no problems with it. Not worth the hassle to save a few bucks.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my 6-year-old nephew after seeing how much fun he had playing with the one we had for our own Wii. I know the point of buying this is mostly for the zapper itself, and it is immensely useful for many games on the Wii. But the game that comes with it is loads of fun too, and we enjoy it a lot. In fact, the one I bought for ourselves came with a non-working game, and I returned it to the store to get a new one because of it. We bought it more for the game than the zapper. The game is enjoyable even if you don't already have the full Zelda game for the Wii; in fact you don't even have to know anything about the Zelda games or the universe to enjoy it. It's just a practice shooting game, shooting at stable and moving targets and enemies. This game is fun for adults as well as kids, though the younger children might not be able to play very well as it does require a lot of hand-eye coordination. (You're aiming a gun/crossbow essentially.) It is easy to use, though it might be a bit tricky to wrap the nun-chuck cord the first time or two. I think the handling of the zapper is pretty natural, and works well for right and left-handed people. Those with larger hands may have a bit of trouble, but not much. There's really not much else to say, since most of it is pretty self-explanatory. Have fun!
